Our History
In 1997 DOCS was founded by owner Dominique Leegrand. Dominique’s aspiration was to create a specialized cleaning business that focused on quality, environmentally safe products, and customer satisfaction all while delivering exceptional levels of service in the great State of Ohio. DOCS has been providing incomparable deep cleaning services to homes and businesses around The Greater Cleveland Area for more than 22 years. Each member of our professional staff are carefully screened and selected to ensure the highest level of trustworthiness and approval of our clients. We pride ourselves on our highly refined attention to detail and cleanliness, our expertise at meeting and responding to client expectations and the quality of the people we employ.
Dominique’s Theory
In 1997 DOCS was founded by Dominique Davison. At just 10 years old,Dominique had already developed a love and passion for cleaning and organizing. Starting with her grandmother and grandma’s friends, she began getting paid to do just that. Noticing how much joy it brought to the people she served, she decided to devote her life to making sure so many others could experience the same joy and happiness.
Now, over 25 years later, she’s helped Hundreds of families in the state of Ohio. She enjoys teaching her clients the Importance of having a well cleaned and organized home and how creating a system Saves You Time Energy & Money.
It is Dominique’s goal to:
1. Be able to hire and train thousands of employees, all over the world, so that we can help millions of people enjoy the space that they’re in.
2. Hold classes where I can teach children how to organize, sort through their items and understand what is ok to Keep, Donate, Recycle or Throw away.
3. Write a very extensive book on how to properly organize your spaces and create a system that works for you.
